I have lower right lower right abdomen pain and gas whats wrong
It could be stomach gastritis, Go to a GI Doctor and have the test where they put a scope down your throat to check everything out. That's what I did. marnie602

How long have you been experiencing this pain? Does it hurt when you press your tummy in that area and then release real fast? Are you nauseous? It could be a number of things, and, if I were you, if it kept up, I would see the doctor and have them do some blood work to rule some things out, sometimes appendicitis can mimic gas pains, it would not hurt to check.
