SORRY HASH OOPPS LOL Hello toots I agree with Hash. that is probably not anything major. It's possible you may have lifted something and that pulled the muscle slightly in that area. Also there is a condition called fibrocystic breast disease which when first starts you have a lot tenderness, as it progress you will feel small cyst (movable knots) in the breasts. Usually fibrocystic breast disease affects the entire breast or both instead of just one area, so it is most likely the pulled muscle.
I recommend you wear a good supportive bra even at night, avoiding caffeine and chocolate completely for a few days and take 1000 IU of Vit E daily to see if it helps.
If you do notice a lump of any kind that develops (until you learn to distinguish between the different types) please make sure you have it checked out to determine if it is fibrocystic or something more major. Be sure and follow up with your doc should the problem continue beyond a few days because he/she might want to do a mammogram to ensure the cause.
I Hope This Helps

I don't know if this helps or not, but I've had that (in that exact spot no less) for YEARS! They tried a mammogram, ultrasound etc etc. & never found a thing. My rheumatologist said that it is probably my joint in that area is inflammed. I have autoimmune issues, so it is sounded ok to me! I didn't even know that I HAD a joint there!
Have you checked your LFTs.This can be due to liver problem.
