i had caught a cold 3 days ago the second day my nose was running alot every 5 seconds. i went through a whole roll of paper towels and a half of one. last night i had a severe cough and vomited. the 3rd day which is today my eyes are watering  i cough every minute non-stop and everytime i cough i have gag reflex

heres what you do drink hot tea spicy food hot soup with A LOT OF PEPPER drink honey that will help with the coughing and get plenty of sleep oh and take hot baths and showers when you eyes start to water put a cold rag on them dont wear make up or put a bag of ice on them they are probably watering bcuz you nose is clogged up

Do you have a whooping sound when you cough? You could have pertussis. Adult pertussis can occur even if you had the vaccine when you were a kid. This is because it can wear off over time. Do you have thick mucus yet?  If you don't get better I would see a doctor.
