concerned about health

two weeks now have been having abdominal pain,back pain,lightly headacke,shoulder pain, joints pain and diahrrea. and i went to the doctor and they took urine test and didnt find anything so they gave me pain killer for the pain,and the pain went away for 3 days and then come back i am really worried can you gave me some answers please and thanks?

I will agree with diane493.....this sounds typical of gallbladder attacks.  

You should request an imaging of your gallbladder and if that shows nothing, then request a HIDA scan.  This scan will show how well the gallbladder is functioning.

Almost every one of those symptoms fit gall bladder attacks.  Might check that out.

Perhaps a trip to the Rheumatologist might shed some light.  Sounds like Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue disorder.  Fibromyalgia causes headaches, stomach problems, dizziness, fatigue, heartburn, tired legs, join and muscle aches and pains.   It's no fun, believe me.  It comes and goes and you never know what symptom will come up.  Sorry - I hope a Rheumatologist can help.
