concerned mum

my baby girl is 7 weeks old she has been diagnosed with colic but i worry as she seems uncomftable most of the day and night she constantly gives out stretching noises her left leg will shake for a few second s she goes bright red in the face what els is the matter ?

you are welcome its hard isnt it when you can see they are uncomfortable ,it does pass, most baby's go through that cholic stage , there is gripe water that can help I am assuming as you are giving her something the doctor said it was okay .. ..good luck

her bowel movements are fine she eats well to iv got colief the drops you put in there milk which calms her a little have been to the docs with her they say its down to colic its just horrible seeng her so uncomftable thankyou all for ur comments

As I said in my original post run it by your doctor before giving your child any med ....

Have you reconsulted her Pediatrician yet?  I would recommend doing that ASAP.  Give her nothing before it is approved by the Ped physician.

Maybe constipation how are her bowel movements is she eating well ? ..You can get some gripe water now and other remedies for cholic ask your Dcotor if he thinks that would be okay .Most babies go through a cholicky phase, it gets uncomfrtable especially at night, make sure she is well burped .good luck
