Glad you went to the doctor's.  You didn't say what part of you hit the floor or wall etc.  But a pulled muscle will hurt for a while.  Don't keep twisting and turning to try to find which muscle is pulled.  It's better to use warm and cold compresses on the area and relax the muscles so they have time to heal.  Twisting and turning could stretch or tear the muscles more. - Take care.

thanks for responding... i dont think i hit my head...i went to the doctor on monday and he poked and prodded...he prescribed ibubrofen and muscle relaxant...the pain isnt as bad most of the time but at times it feels like something stabbing me in the back. i guess im gonna have to deal with that.

Sorry you fell - you didn't say if you hit your head.  If not, I wouldn't worry about a one minute headache.  When we fall or experience trauma of any kind, our body goes into "flight or fight" mode and all our blood vessels expand and we either feel warm all over or get a slight headache.  It is a natural reaction to trauma.  Unless you hit your head and get nausea and vomiting, I wouldn't worry too much.  I hope you didn't hurt yourself too badly.
