i have raised bumps on my feet that are itching so bad they have started to bleed
it is prob a heat rash or allergy,but because you scratch it it is causing it to bleed
Could it be like poison ivy/oak? or some kind of rash or bug bite? try putting some medicated lotion like gold bond on it. if it doesnt go away in a day or so call your doc!
