feeling miserable

Hello I have been on here before. A little history I am 46, 5"3, 120lb, I take nexium, ferrous sulfate, and simvastatin,. I have been bleeding for almost three weeks and no I can't possibly be pregnant no sexual activity for almost 4 yr. It makes  very tired and weak. It started when I started taking aspirin because it was the only thing that worked when I was in pain from headaches to backache and now I feel like maybe I have messed up my stomach. I went to the doctors today and the ER on Sunday. The ER doctor told me to see a gynecologist. And my doctor just did blood work. I am feeling as if I can't get any help. I just want to know what is wrong or why this is happening. It very lite but it run like water and a lot of clots. But mostly when I urinate, that's when I see the clots. Any suggestions or help would be helpful. Please I am starting to worry a lot.

Yes, I had acid reflex, but not like it was before. I have to take iron twice a day. But the bleeding has stopped. Thank you LORD is all I can say. I think it could have been from the aspirin. My doctor didn't have a answer. I am going to make a appointment with another doctor my current doctor just isn't helping me at all. He prescribed a cholesterol medicine and when I went back this week for a follow-up he didn't check my cholesterol at all. I think it's time to see someone else. Thanks for you support
