It is a digestive issue more than likely. You might want to try a good, pro-biotic to put some friendly bacteria back in your system.
Sometimes these reactions are common for those who are lactose intolerant. Try to avoid dairy for a little while and see how your body responds.
those could also be reactions to eating either fibers (vegetables, fruits, etc) and/or high grease foods (fast food, burgers, chips, junk foods).
If you think this could be the problem, try drinking more water. (!!!Soda, juice, etc. is not water!!!) If you are not drinking at least 8 cups a day, try for that. If you are, try to add a couple more glasses to your normal routine. this will help flush out the fibers or grease before it has time to build pressure.
You may also want to consider an over the counter, anti-gas supplement.
have you added anything new to your diet. and if your bowl movements are not regular you may be extra gassy. and nothing is wrong with you. a lot of people are gassy they just wont admit it. have you tried gas-x or beano?
Nothing is wrong, you probably eating a lot of fiber and gassy food. have you tried Beano
