general health

I have a significant number of health issues and need to find out how to find a coordinator, a strategist to help organize all of the things I am doing without guidance. How do I find such a person? I have neurological issues, ankle tumors, cataracts on both eyes and much more and am only 49 years old. Please please help me find such a person as I am overwhelmed and need help so as not to lose any more time. I am not willing to lose a day more. Thanks, Burma

Best of luck to you, and if this one does not work, there are always others. One of my doctors in the US is a naturopath, they really listen and are always ready to help with all kinds of issues.

It is November 16th and yesterday I finally saw my gynecologist and received a few names of very well known and respected doctors. I am now researching them but I feel like there is finally hope!!!

Thanks!

Good luck.
If that fails, call your insurance company. They usually have great recommendations!

I hope things get better! :0)

Hello there!

I am new at this program so I am not sure where to put what!

My situation is that I DO NOT HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY PCP!! I posted asking how to find such a person that I need and that you suggested I get. I sought out a new doctor only to find that in no way was she the one for me but after the fact found that out by patient reviews! She is the LAST PERSON ON THE PLANET TO FILL THE ROLE I NEEDED FILLED!!

I have a great gynecologist so first thing Monday I will place a call to her to get her suggestions!!

Take care and keep in touch!

Hi Burma,
I'm sorry to hear about all those issues... Do you have a good relationship with your primary care physician? If so, they can point you in the right direction.
I have a team of 5 doctors who handle my care, and they all report to my PCP with everything. And once a month my PCP and I set up an appointment to go over everything.
I hope this helps. I suppose as long as you have a doctor who you trust and feel comfortable with, I would ask them to help manage your care.

Best of luck!!
