horrible pain in head

Hello thank you for taking the time to read this. I am 24 years old and a male. I have been dealing with some very scary symptoms the past 6 months and do not know what to do. I feel like i am losing my mind and do not know how much longer i can deal with this. I have been getting a feeling of pressure inside my head along with my vision being off and these "zap" like pains in my head. the zap pains only last a split second and happen multiple times a minute. They are triggered by the weirdest things, for example just moving my fingers on my phone can cause me to feel one of these "zaps". Or even using the mouse on the computer. Aside from movement triggering the zaps they also happen randomly. I can be sitting there watching TV and then just feel a zap. They even have sometimes woke me up during sleep. The "zaps" dont last long enough for me to pinpoint exactly where they are coming from because they only last a split second. But it feels like its coming from inside my head near the area of my ears or from deep withing my ears. I am not on any medication and i have already gotten an MRI of my cervical spine and of my brain and it came back normal. I have seen 3 neurologist and i have seen two ENT doctors and they cant figure it out. I have gotten an occipital nerve block which didnt really help much at all. I am now waiting to see another ENT in a week and also a new Nuerologist in two weeks. I just feel like i have something really wrong with me, my body feels week and aches alot ontop of the other symptoms. To be honest it feels like i have some kind of horrible illness, like my body is being attacked by something. But i have had a Lymes test and it came back normal and i have had blood work that also came back normal. PLEASE if you guys have anything at all to suggest that way i can mention it to the Dr's in a week or two when i see them i would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank youn all so much for taking the time to read this. Please respond.    Sincerely Travis T

Hello,
Try seeing a chiropractor, you could very well have a misplaced vertebrae in your neck, this can certainly cause the issues you are having.

Sometimes headaches can happen due to vision problems, maybe have a dilated fundus  exam. Alot of things can be discovered through your eyes while they are dilated, it can even detect high blood pressure. It the have an optos machine pay the extra few bucks for an optomap, while you are dilated it also gives the doctor an even better view of what's going on. I worked for an eye doctor and she was able to advise her patient to get to an ER immediately because he was about  to have a heart attack. Well he went thank God and come to find out he had just had the heart attack most likely in her exam chair.
