is this serious?

i have bad abdominal pain, sometimes i feel like its a stabbing pain and sometimes its like a throbbing pain. my appetite has changed, i drink plenty of water yet im always thirsty and go to the toilet more often the usual. i have constant headaches, jaw aches and back pains. my hands sometimes shake and get this tingly feeling and i feel like throwing up.i feel dizzy and fatigue. i bruise really easy and my hairs falling out. whats wrong with me ?

It sounds to me like maybe Fibromyalgia, Fibro can mimic all kinds of trouble. Also, I would get checked for diabetes.

yeah i have tooth pain and sinus pain. I went to the doctor and she took my blood, see how it goes from there. thank you.

You need to go to your doctor - some of your symptoms point to diabetes.

Hi.

Are you under a lot of stress?  Do you have any tooth pain or sinus issues?  Im not positive, but I think bruising is related to "anemia"?  Sounds like you may have some anxiety from all the pain.  Hope you feel better!
