can someone help me locate one safe brand?

long ago when i was on a job i tried some cream and it might've been coffee mate, i threw up.  and i beleive there might've been another instance at home where i tried coffee mate and thrown up too and ever since i avoid cream in my coffee.

but strange thing is i tried an asian instant coffee brand and its 3 in 1 with cream and it tasted better and it didn't made me threw up. but i don't really rely on them cuz the formula is weak effect.

i'm not lactose intolerant because i'm fine with milk.


i drink coffee for effect not for taste but the taste can sure use help, sugars not enough help for me.


i read an article that said like coffee mate has a chemical that can make you nauseous, that would explain a lot.


i searched on amazon and seemed coffee mate pretty dominant there, couldn't find much variety to choose from.



can someone recommend a safe non-nauseous coffee cream brand?

coffee in general makes you sick? i had a long time brand going bad on me so i had to switch so it wasn't in general.

My mom and I use Mocha Mix.  Great non-dairy creamer.

I had to stop drinking coffee because it started making me so sick. I think light roasts are easier on your stomach than dark roasts, and drink it slowly. I used to drink a huge cup really fast before class and couldn't figure out why I always felt like throwing up during class, then I stopped drinking the coffee and felt a lot better. Even if you're not lactose intolerant you still might do better with non dairy creamer too.
