not a pimple or stye

I had a "pimple"come up Tuesday night, but it was "under the skin"...it had no head, and wasn't  noticd unless touching with your finger tip. Wednesday morning,I noticed that it was still under the skin, but larger, and with some  swelling.immediately I began using warm compresses through out the day, hoping that it would prevent things from worsening but now, my eye is swollen  shut. The bump was not on my eye LID, instead on brow bone.how can I supress the pain and alleviate the swelling?

Well if it doesnt go away it could be a cyst(soft ir hard cyst) and you may need it removed only because of where its located.  If its a pimple, wash it a few times a day and itll go away faster.  I know motrin helps will inflaming, maybe use cold compress??

sterilize a sewing needle with hot water then gently prick the bump it might release the puss or gung under skin if this doesnt work see doc

It might be a spider bite.  Add salt to your compresses to draw out the poison in case it is.  Also a little Ora gel can suppress the pain.   If it doesn't get better by tomorrow, see a doctor.
