Cannot find an answer...any ideas?

I am so frustrated....been sick since Friday night and can't get any answers...Below is my original post:

This all really started Friday. I had a short period of time where my hands were very shaky. Then Saturday I woke up and was very sick to my stomach. I never threw up but felt like I would. Yesterday I woke up feeling a little sick to my stomach again but it went away within an hour. By 1pm I started feeling extremely tired like I might pass out if I didn't go to sleep. By 3 I was running a low grade fever that lasted a couple of hours. I also had some low back pain last night almost like sciatia(sorry if spelt wrong). Then today I didn't feel sick to my stomach at all but started running the fever again around 1pm and got dizzy. No idea what this could be and would love some ideas.

I went to the ER today and was taken to the fast track clinic.  I told the FNP what was going on and she asked some questions.  Then she pressed on my stomach.  Up high it didn't bother me but when she got to the middle right side I felt it all the way down into my lower abdomen on the right side.  She immediately sent me to the other side of the ER where a dr could examine me.  The doctor was a real ***.  He asked some questions and said it didn't sound like anything serious.  I told him about the FNP hurting me when she pressed on my belly and he touched my belly(barely) and said he would check my urine but didn't think anything was wrong.  Of course the urine was fine so he just said there was nothing wrong.  Can't get anyone to tell me what's going on.  HELP PLEASE!!! I have to work and don't know if I can feeling like this.

Possible 'mesentric adenitis' following viral infection. Would settle down, do not worry!

Thanks for the reply. I've considered the appendicitis idea.  Tried to see if I had the rebound tenderness they have talked about but didn't get it.  I'm not pregnant.  Had a TL 11 years ago and they did do the test to rule out ectopic pregnancy.  I just wish the doctor would have a least tried to figure it out rather than treat me like I'm crazy.
