post partum fatigue

I had my first born this past February. He's been a great sleeper since 7 wks where he started out w/7 hrs/night, and is now at 18 wks up to 10 hrs/night. He is an easy baby and works well with routine. I recently developed extreme fatigue during the day, much like my first 3 months of pregnancy. I was also previously dizzy at certain times of the day, but that seems to have subsided. There is no chance I am pregnant. I went to my ob/gyn, and she only tested for low iron and thyroid issues. Tests came back just fine - no issues there. I also developed DeQuervain's tenosynivitis in both wrists during the first few days of my son's birth, and its still there today. Are these issues linked hormonally? I am looking to shed the last 12 lbs to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I have no other health issues as I worked out and swam until 3 wks before he was born. Could you pls advise what may be wrong, and should I see my general doctor to run specific tests. Thank you.

Again could this be low blood sugar(Hypoglaecemia ) when you feel fatigued or dizzy eat something maybe a sandwich with some protein in it ,chicken, if you feel better it could be  low blood sugar... doesnt mean you are diabetic you should eat at regular times. and ask the Doc for a blood sugar test.
