I agree that it needs to be looked at more closely but would disagree with the "get stitched up" comment. Bleeding from the incision three months out is most likely due to a residual suture that is serving as a nidus of infection. Your body can't completely fight the infection if there is foreign body such as a suture present. It may be that dissolvable sutures were used and these may still resolve but typically the tract is probed with a fine tipped clamp and the offending suture removed thus allowing the wound to finally heal.
A major infection at a surgery site is serious. It is absolutely not normal for a surgical incision to be bleeding three months after a surgery. You need to go back to the hospital as soon as possible and get cleaned up, stitched up, and get on antibiotics before the infection goes too far.
