I would certainly see a doctor, preferably an endocrinologist. Your problems could be due to many things such as a low thyroid, blood sugar imbalance, chronic fatigue syndrome, hidden infection, poor diet, and certainly lack of exercise, even if  you start out slowly and work back up to where you used to be.

I would also consider adding some good, food grade vitamins and minerals, you can eat good food, but the way they are processing it now, so many of the nutrients are lost and your body does not get what it needs.

Hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like you need to go to your doctor.  This sounds similar to a thyroid issue, or maybe even a low blood sugar issue. Any kind of exercise should make you feel better (like a slow jog, walk, etc). Examine your diet and make sure your getting enough of what your body needs.  Take vitamins.. I honestly think, by your post, that there's a reason why you are feeling this way and it may lie in your thyroid not producing enough of what your body needs.  Thyroid disease makes you tired ALL THE TIME, mood swings, chills, weight gain along with many other issues.. pretty much you just feel like pure crap.  It's like you are in a fog and cannot get out of it.  Your doctor can determine if this is the cause just by conducting a simple blood test.  Best of luck to you and I hope you feel better soon.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your narrative. I have no idea about your diet status and lifestyle. For example, do you usually eat greasy, fatty food? In addition to sleep, what kinds of work or exercise do you frequently do? Does the situation lasts for a long time or occurs recently? What are the incentives? Such as exposed to the rain, or living in the wetlands. Have you ever seen other doctors? What checks have you done? What about drugs? Although the information you give is not comprehensive, according to TCM theory, I think your whole body pain due to your lack of exercise, slow metabolism, generating damp-cold, blocking the movement of qi and blood. The cold dampness blocks the clear Yang to rise, and the brain losses cerebral collateral support, so you always want to sleep. With regard to your leg pain, and always be cold, I suggest you make a pair of lower limbs angiography, to exclude the thromboangiitis obliterans. I give the recommendation is to exercise more, eat less greasy high-fat foods, eat more fruits and vegetables. 7-9 hours of sleep is enough, you should not be in bed all day. Life lies in movement, you are so young, I hope you take full advantage of the time, do something meaningful. Want to help you.
