A transexual encounter

Hello Doctor,
Last week I had an encounter with a transexual lady in New York. I was the receptive partner for anal sex twice and the insertive partner once. Condoms were used for everything, from masturbation to oral and anal.
I had a few drinks that evening but was not drunk. I do not have any reason to believe that the condoms failed but it was 6 days ago and I am a little concerned due to the following, i) as the lady was a transexual her HIV risk could be higher than typical and ii) I am feeling slightly feverish/flushed for a day or so.
Would you recommend testing for any reason other than peace of mind?
Thank you for your time.

No you don't need testing. Just because the person was a transsexual doesn't make them high risk. It's the actions on takes that make a risk. You didn't have a risk, you had protected sex.
