******** and urine

About six weeks ago I received a blowjob from a girl who is HIV positive but with an undetectable viral load for more than six months. She gave a blow job on two consecutive days and each session lasting about 5 minutes until I ejaculated in her mouth.
I then asked her to urinate in my mouth, however, i did not swallow her urine. I rinsed my mouth soon therafter but I could still taste the urine at the back of my tongue. There was no blood at any stage during fellatio or when she pissed in my mouth. There was no sexual contact other than the two acts mentioned above.

I took the HIV 1/2 ab + P24 Ag Combo test after 27 days of exposure as I was really stressed after realizing the risk I put myself under. The test results were negative but they mentioned that:

(1) the test was done during the window period

(2) The patient (i.e. myself) is unable to produce antibodies (take underlying diseases into consideratio). This is a rare cause for a false negative result.

I am due to go for another test in two months after my nitial exposure and I am so worried about the results. Please explain the second point of test results.

This discussion is related to Accuracy of DUO at 27 days.

Getting sucked not a risk. The urinating part just gross! But not a risk. The 4th gen test is as good as conlusive at 27 days even of the body does not produce antibodies you will test positive with the antigen.

Hi doctor/s

On Friday 02/10/1025 I went for another DUO test as I had been worried about the rumbling in stomach as well as muscle pain/spasm/twitches. This was 8 weeks after my initial test.

Today, 05/10/2015 I got my results and they are negative. However, they are saying the same thing as the last time: word for word. It's like they gave a copy of my previous results.

Can I now rest assured that I negative and do not need to do another to complete my 3 months window period?

Hi Doctor,

I periodically get a feeling of nausea and my whole body experiences a tingling sensation coupled with muscle spasms in my legs. This further makes me anxious because I think that it could be the effects of the virus replicating as a result of my exposure as recounted above. I have had this feeling of an unsettled and rumbling stomach for nearly 8 weeks now. However, when I go to the toilet I don't have loose or runny stools.

I am wondering if I should go and get tested again since my first test was after 27 days of exposure. I am extremely worried about these developments.

Could it be the result of my anxiety and stress?

Thanks a lot for the response.

I have taken the resolution that I will never again engage in perverted sexual behaviour to avoid putting myself at risk.

Can I look forward to favourable results at the end of October as it will be three months since I was exposed and two months after testing, since you reckon I am not at risk of contracting hiv?
