12 weeks immunochromatography HIV test (Please help me)

Good day! May I ask if my test is conclusive at 12 weeks(85 days) post exposure? The exposure is unprotected sex with CSW (November 22, 2017). I am living in south east asia (Philippines) I tested nonreactive at 6 weeks(Jan 3, 2018), 9 weeks(January 25, 2018) and 12 weeks(February 15,2018) (ALL IMMUNOCHROMATOGRAPHY TEST). All the kits they use me is RightSign Hiv 1/2, is that kit reliable? it can detect all strains of HIV? I been tested at diagnostic lab here in the philippines. I been dealing with extreme stress and anxiety for the past 3 months, I promise myself I will not do it again. I love may family so much, I regret that I did such stupid thing that can ruin my family. Im crying everynight, everytime my son and daughter looks at me, it melts my heart and I feel sorry for doing such things to my loving wife. Please help me. Please answer my question. I promise to God, Papa Jesus and Mama Mary that I will not do it again. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS! GODBLESS YO ALL!

Was it vaginal or anal or oral unprotected?
Any test is conclusive at 12 weeks so you don't have to worry.

Good day! It was vaginal and oral sex. Is the RightSign kit reliable? Do I need another test? Or just move on and take this as a lesson. Thank you so much for your time.
i am not familiar with RIght Sign but if it has medical approval then the 12 is sufficient.
