PEP urgency?
I had sex last night with a woman wearing no condom for about ten minutes. The next morning she was pissed that I couldn't give her a ride from my hotel, then I received a text saying 'BTW you now have HIV'.
I am very scared right now. I am not in my own country, and I have no idea where to get a PEP. Its been about 15 hours now, and I need to know what I should do. Any suggestions?

You made a terrible mistake by not wearing protection. Anyway, what happened has happened, you need to find out a clinic where only a qualified doctor can decide about your PEP.
