ARS induced symptoms possible 16 weeks after last exposure?

Hi, I am a 36 year old heterosexual male living in Western Europe and have had unprotected vaginal intercourse with two girls none of whom in a risk group for hiv. With the first girl I had unprotected vaginal intercourse twice, in december last year, with the second girl three times (also unprotected vaginal intercourse) in april. Since a week or two/three (starting beginning of september) I've been been having a dry mouth, a white tongue and experienced some minor stiffness in the upper neck of and on like when having the flue. Also, the glands in my neck have been feeling slightly swollen for the past two weeks. This last week I've also been sneezing and coughing, and been experiencing some very slight tingling feeling in the skin of my hands/arms/feet/legs and upper body. I haven't had no fever whatsoever up until now though (took my body temperature regularly), nor have I experienced any other symptoms associated with ARS (nausea, diarrhea, skin problems, weight loss,...)
I know that the symptoms I'm experiencing are not-specific for HIV infection and my exposure was rather low risk but am nonetheless planning to get tested for HIV. I am wondering if the symptoms I'm experiencing might theoretically be caused by hiv infection, since I'm reading everywhere on the forum that I'm experiencing them outside the "window" for ARS (I haven't experienced any ARS related symptoms earlier than sixteen weeks after my last exposure and have no prior medical condition that might induce any immuno deficiency)
Thanks a lot in advance for feedback.

I'm quite aware of the fact that having unprotected sex was irresponsible, thanks for your answer anyway.

For one there is no one exempt from contracting HIV. You don't have to have symptoms to have contracted HIV. No your symptoms you brought to the forum are indicative to HIV but as was already said you don't have to have symptoms to be infected. You put yourself at risk so yes a test should be taken. You could have prevented this worry had you used condoms.
