All ARS symptoms but negative

Hi all
after all I tested negative 12 weeks mark using abbott combo lab test (p24 and antibody). I think it is conclusive.(is it?..please read my symptoms also) I also had negative tests at 2 and 5 weeks post exposure. Both combo tests. Also one mirates home test at 8 weeks negative.

I think, I still have glands in the groin and also have white toungue (hairy leukoplakia?).

I will describe ARS symptoms I had.
After 2 weeks exposure, slight fever (not measured the value), swollen glands on the neck with pain. Rashes on the left upper thigh ( macules). Hair follicle infection on rightupper thigh. Bleeding from the alveolar ridge in the mouth. Diarrhea, only in the morning for 2 days. one petechia like red dot on the hand. I had nightmares. Severe night sweats for a week. In the following weeks, I had several canker sores. Also felt lymph nodes in armpit and groin. White toungue and small raised dots on the toungue. They bring pain when i take lemon juice.

The girl with whome I had unprotected vaginal sex had a swelling and ulcer on lips that day. ( I assume it was cold sore associated with oral herps)

I think my symptoms were oral herps infection plus extream anxiety and hypochondria. What do you all think?
Teak, please comment...please

You don't have HIV and you've never had ARS symptoms. See you doctor if  you have any other concerns.
