Anxiety - Develop HIV symptoms?

Hi Dr.

I'm a 32 years old male and have protected vaginal sex and no oral sex with sex worker from Asia. After 2 weeks, I develop many odds symptoms including sore throat, swollen node at neck, burning throat, fatigue, dry mouth, ulcer, muscle pain, hand/ leg tingling, scrotum redness and burning sensation with no discharge. I do blood and urine check on hep B,std and hiv Ag/Ab at 16 days come back with negative. These symptoms last for 1-2 months especially my sore and burning throat last for 2 months. My family dr. diagnose my sore throat caused by acid reflux (GERD) and scrotum redness because of fungal/ bacteria infection , tell me because my anxiety and over react on the worry about this incident causing all the symptoms.

After this exposure already 3 months, my sore throat is getting better after take GERD medicine but still not feeling very well, but recently my armpit and groin lymp node start to feel pain and unconmfortable. Dr check and no swollen on the lymph node.

Although i know with protected sex should have effectively prevent from HIV but with 3 months symptoms make me feel crazy. I take blood test on hiv and syphilis again today which expected to get the result in 1 - 2 days.

Hope my symptoms not point to HIV or other STD. Need your opinion about my case. Thank You.

Regards,
Worry man
