Anxiety vs. HIV...revisited?

In early December, I had unprotected vaginal sex with a friend of mine.  Approximately 3 days later, a few small (non-pus) bumps appeared on the shaft of my penis, while multiple carbuncles and small, occasional red bumps began to appear around my groin area.  Naturally, I panicked and visited a clinic a few days later.  After a swab and multiple days of waiting tests came back negative for HSV 1 and 2, but positive for a staph infection.  I was put on a mild bacteria killer but this had no effects on the staph, so my DR. placed me on the stronger cephalexin and after a bit, everything seemingly went away.  However, I also began to notice a little bit of discomfort around my anus, mostly when flexing my sphincter or with a bit of pressure, but not when using the toilet.  I also noticed that my inner thigh area became somewhat itchy when wearing tight clothing or when my legs would rub together.

Late last week (about 6 weeks after the initial contact), I began to research some of the additional symptoms I was having and I panicked even more than the initial outbreak.  Since then, I've had a sore throat, very often muscle twitches, a few pimples on my chest, difficulty sleeping, hot flashes (mostly at night), heart palpitations and various muscle pains around my chest, shoulders and groin muscles.  Additionally, the anal discomfort has remained.  I know that these are consistent with anxiety, but the last 6 weeks has me spooked.  I took another HSV 1 and 2 test as well as a syphilis test and those came back negative and I'm currently waiting on the results for my HIV test.  I know that I am having severe anxiety and that a lot of times there are no symptoms for HIV, but am I panicking here? I can't stand the anxiety and I've gotten almost to my breaking point.  Any thoughts?
