Do you think i have HIV ?

Hello Doctor,
I am a 25 year old male and i just wanted to know if the below symtoms could be that of HIV:
Sore throat
Few rashes on the back
A bump on my left armpit
Bones making noises
Acidity

Ive only had protected sex with a couple of women and it so happened with 2 women tht my condom broke and i dint realise until i went in and out a couple more times(maybe 3 or 4 times ins and outs)....I immediately washed my penis properly. oral sex was unprotected between both of us... while i was kissing one of the women i my mistake tasted her breast milk too and when i realised i spat it out.Im really worried if these symptoms could be that of HIV provided on my experience as mentioned above. All my rashes are pimple like...Ive not had any fever or any other symptoms i can think of other than a headache every now and then...Kindly advice. Thanks

Your chance of catching HIV from unprotected (since your condom has been broken) vaginal sex was generally low, but it did exist. A test will find out, not symptoms if you happen to have any because they could be triggered by fear and/or another disease.

A risk is a risk in our eyes, we really can't say this way or that way.

To be safe get tested once at this time (antibody). Oral sex has no risk. The chances are that she is -ve. The doctors forum is different

Symptoms are meaningless. You had a condom break test 3 months after your last condom break for a conclusive result.
