3months is what the FDA says is conclusive.
however some people think that it is possible to turn positive after 3 months negative test (in relation to the same exposure) but its not needed.
the information above is INCORRECT.
you can test 6-8 weeks post exposure for a very good indication of your status...and at that point the result is highly unlikely to change.
a CONCLUSIVE result is obtained at 3 months post exposure...NOT 6 months. you do not need further testing past the 3 month mark.
You most certainly run a risk of having contracted HIV.. Doing a prosituitue without a franger is a very risky activity ...
I believe you need to get tested @ 12 weeks with a rapid Elisa and then @ 6 months again to rule out even the slightest possibility of infection. Don't read much into the symtoms ..You look for em and they ll drive ya apeshit ... Just get a test and put all doubts to rest ..
