Can Hashimoto's disease cause a false negative?

I was a coward and waited a  whole year to test for HIV and the Oraquick test came back negative, I also did a 4th Gen blood test and it also came back negative, but a few weeks later I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease :( now I'm very worried that the Hashimoto's disease may have caused false negatives in both test, should I be worried? Should I retest after my thyroid is back to normal reading? Thank you for your replies and I apologize if I sound ignorant.

An HIV test taken a year after exposure is more than conclusive. You definitely don't have HIV. The hashimotos has no bearing on your results.
