Chest pain and stiff neck

I am 77 days after unprotected sex exposure , i am suffering chest pain like never before and have stiff neck ,sometime numbness hands and leg, is this acute infections ,am going crazy , ivdid a elisa test on 67 days and was negitive , i did hiv I/II abs blood screening at 69 days was negitive , i know 3 month is a mark and i will do but am really waiting and these symptoms are paining me , doctor handsfield said after 8 week test it will unlikely to change , i dont really know , what am in please help , teak am really sorry am taking ur advice but am really waiting for 3 month to come so i can put it away , but these chest snd neck stufness really effecting me
