Condom Tearing Off from side and Slippjng Off !

I visited a German FKK some days back and had a Protected sex with a Romanian Girl. though I am not sure, my condom I think, tore off ! This was after I withdrew after I came, I noticed it was torn from the side not from the tip but not sure though! Looked like that!

And one sessions where we were doing the girl on top she was doing all the movements but later I also started making movements upwards,  so in this process when finally we were done and when she got off me, my condom had got off my penis and stuck in her vagina with some semen fluid spilling down she kept saying oh ok don't worry. she gave me an explanation that since u also started making movements lying down this happened !! I am getting worried should I be worried ?

And would this Infection at all if considered can also be HIV or any other STD. The reason I ask this is because I know it is difficult for a Man to get infected with HIV from a Woman as the chances are more the other way around ! I have a strong feeling the condom was not torn off at an area where it could have been a serious risk...This is just reassuring myself I know I have not gotten in to danger zone without proper protection. But just reassuring myself again. What and how do I decide ? Do I stop worrying unnecessarily and get on with my liife or should I start thinking in that direction of getting tested. Because I do realise more then the disease it is the fear that creates HAVOC among people than anything else. What do you suggest ? I dont wanna walk that lane, unnecessarily, raise my anxiety levels, fear level and disturb my peace of mind.

Look. I wasn't there.
You talk about a condom failure.
It would be irresponsible of me to tell you that you're ok.
You are correct though...infection occurs through exposure at the tip of the penis deep inside the vagina.
Putting things into perspective, your event is exceedingly unlikely to lead to infection. Just get a garden variety AB test at 12 weeks and get on with your life.
I highly doubt you got infected.

Even if the torn condom is at the side of the bottom and not at the head/tip, you would still ask me to get tested ?

"And the other incident where the condom was still inside of her when she got off me ? That is not something for me to worry about ? right ? "

No. If you withdrew and the condom stayed inside her you were still protected.
It is the first incident with the torn condom that might potentially put you at risk.

Having said that, a one time single exposure especially with a condom that breaks near the end of "proceedings" very rarely leads to infection.
I would test for piece of mind after 12 weeks, only because you don't seem to be sure about when the condom tore.

The Torn Condom incident, I only noticed it when I withdrew so no I was not inside of her when I noticed that the condom had torn from the sides but even that I am not sure, it looked like that way to me but assuming it was indeed that way should I be worried ?

And the other incident where the condom was still inside of her when she got off me ? That is not something for me to worry about ? right ?

The second incident where the condom remained inside her I would not worry about.
The first incident is still not clear. Were you inside of her with a torn condom?
