Condom breakage

I'm a 25 male indian. Recently about 4 days ago, I visited a Thai massage parlor in India and engaged in sexual intercourse with the Thai massuese. I used a condom and soon after I penetrated her it broke open at the top (head).I may have had exposure of about 5 to 10 seconds before realising it and changing the condom.
Afterthe session, post asking if she is under any health condition with respect to HIV or STD, she denied and alsosaid she gets checked every month. She is a thai.
I'm worried sick about the possibility of HIV contraction and request your views on likelihood and also tests that you recommend. Local doctor suggests that post 4 Dayan PCR RNA might give indicative results. Pls suggest. Eagerly waiting.

Risk can't be quantified for many reasons, including you don't even know if she has HIV, so you need to take a test.
4th generation is conclusive result after 28 days. So any condom breaks she has within the 28 days for her tests are not conclusive for you, but breaks are split wide open down the seam so she would have known if another one broke recently. If none broke in her last 70 days then she would be free of HIV, if what she told you was true about testing.
