Hi Michal2007,
Because you didn't have a risk in the first place, you don't have to worry about hiv.
It is really as simple as that. Nothing too complicated actually. You just have to believe what the experts like lizzie has told you.
If you would like to get tested despite the advice given to you that you do not need to for this no risk activity, then 'man-up' and go get it done now. It is not the test that gives you hiv, it serves only to inform you of your real status.
I bet after the test comes back negative, you'll come back and start laughing with lizzie.
Relax, you don't have hiv.
All the best, and take care.
May God bless

Thank you Lizzie Lou. I was thinking back over the last year and remembered on 1 occasion a protected anal encounter. It was my first time and he wasn't able to enter me. I don't think the condom broke by any means but we didnt test it. This encounter was at least a year ago. I dont recall any of the symptoms I am now having soon after that encounter. The only exposure in the last few months has been exclusively oral which I am convinced (based on this forum) is not a risk.
Also noticing when I wake up in the morning my feet hurt more than usual when I first walk. They seem to loosen up and feel fine after I get moving, but I do seem to have more ongoing muscle fatigue than usual.
I would like to get tested to put my mind at ease but I just can't get up the nerve. Frankly if I felt physically well I would be much more comfortable about getting tested. Its when you feel unwell that testing generates so much anxiety I cant even go through with it.
Any encouraging words would be helpful.
