Do I have HIV or could it be my anxiety

Early Sept I noticed a tiny brown bump on my penis shaft. End of sept I got sick and my dr said I had viral pharyngitis.  Got better but now I think I have thrush. Bump came back as wart. Only had one. None since. I've been stressing out big time and have anxiety prior to all this. I've lost some weight. My oral hygiene isn't great. I was tested for HIV about a month ago and it's negative. The two married woman I've been with over the last year were also tested negative. I read a lot online. I'm so worried I might have HIV. Viral pharyngitis, thrush, weight loss are symptoms. I'm freaking out. I also recall having diarrhea for one night. I also had a pain on the left side of my neck for two or three days. Like a crick. It burned and was sore to touch. Couldn't turn my neck either way. I did wake up once or twice with some sweat. Not sure if it's related. Was tired when I had the viral pharyngitis. Please tell me it's not HIV

Update. Tested negative for HIV yesterday. This was the three month window test. I still have other concerns tho. Unfortunately I've lost a lot of weight. I still have this flat bump on the roof of my mouth. I think it's a wart. I see the oral surgeon next month.
Thanks for your replys.

I also sweat over night nonce or twice. Had diarrhea one night. I'm losing weight. Not sure if it's from stress and anxiety but I'm not eating.

Nothing is sure before three months of exposure and to be confirmed get yourself checked at 6 months

Symptoms are non indicative for HIV symptoms. HPV is a common STD.  Retest @ 3 month for HIV. It is suggestive to use condoms if you are having a GW outbreak so as not to spread HPV to the opposing partner.

I go back in the middle of dec for the three month mark. The wait and anxiety is killing me. Possibly why I'm losing weight. No appetite etc..

No exposure per say. I'm just bugging out because I read too much online. In August 2012 to Oct 2012 I was with a married woman on three occasions. Protected and unprotected sex. I know this woman was with another guy for three years prior to me. Then June of this year I was with a different married woman. Again three occasions till Sept. Unprotected. I'm the only guy she cheated on her husband with. Again no reason they or I should test positive since we all have been married for years. I only suspect the first woman as possibly having cheated on her husband more than twice. Then all of a sudden I discover the bump and then the rest of what I said above. I think and am hoping it's just my major anxiety getting to me. Hope this explains a little more. Thanks for replying

Did you have an exposure? You only allude to a sexual encounter and state you tested a month ago.
