Do I have primary hiv infection?

I'm 49 years old. 18 days ago i had sex with a call girl. Being temporary single I could experience this once in a lifetime without cheating on anyone. We kissed, we had intercourse with a condom, i kissed and licked her clitoris for about 10 seconds then I went with my fingers back and forth from my mouth to her vagina to transport a bit of my saliva, carresed her vulva a bit with my hand and then she performed fellatio on me without a condom until I came. When afterwards she inquired about future possible meetings I told her that my decision was firm, this was my first and last time ever to have sex with a call girl. Then she said, after some strangely silent thought and looking a bit absent (as if in her mind she reviewed what we just did): "oh no... I'm sure we will meet again, I am inside your body now and you will never be able to get rid of me..." The phrasing was a bit odd (could she be talking about a deliberate infection!?!?; or was she just saying "men get addicted to me"?). Anyway, in the post orgasmic confusion of the moment I took no further notice of her words...

Already few days after this encouter I started to have mild upcoming pain in my throat. The pain has been increasing and has been ongoing for almost three weeks now. It feels as if I have an infection or ulcers very deep in my throat or esophagus. The part of my throat that is visible is mainly red, with very deep possibly a white patch. Gradually my throat is getting more sensitive and starts to cause nausea; I also have a decreasing apetite and feel sweaty. However I have no rash and no fever. the part of my throat deeper and closer to the chest - is swollen.

I went to my doctor a week ago, who took blood samples for STD's and throat smears for viral and bacterial cultures. The viral culture was negative. Strep and syphylis tests were negative. The results of the bacterial culture will be known tomorrow...

In the mean time I am very worried that I might be in a stage of primary hiv infection (ongoing seroconversion), which would give a horrible and cynical meaning to the words of that call girl. Should i be worried? Could it be that she, also in seroconversion after some kind of hiv incident that was known to her - was carrying a very high virus load in her vaginal fluid or mouth and that she new what was happening? It is to soon for a HIV seropos/neg test (timeframe is only 2 weeks and a half). Should I ask my doctor to give me a HIV virus load test?

sounds like a good "salesperson" to me...

you did nothing that put you at risk for hiv.  testing is not warranted.

I'm just counting on my gut feeling that something was wrong with that girl. Although being presented on the webside of the agency as a so called luxury call girl, she was far from being one. She was confused, nervous and not very professional. She forgot the appointment, then - after a reminder by the agency - she was one hour late, she was almost eager to clutch to something or someone. She was hurt by life, it was clear she was not happy and that she had had rough times. Is it that impossible that somebody like her gets troumatised, goes crazy and wants to get revenge by deliberatly infecting clients? Thus creating also a "bond" with them? Other things she said that worried me were: "I'll soon stop working with this agency..." ; When I asked here if she was starting a business on her own or changing to another agency, she said : "... I don't know what I will do..."  If I look back on things I realize now that she really scared me...

Doesn't matter about her at all. You had protected sex. You didn't have a risk.

You heard wrong. Latex and polyurethane condoms are very effective in preventing HIV and most STD transmission.

Teak, two weeks ago I had protected sex with a prostitute, but performed unprotected oral on her.      Three days later I noticed a swollen lymph node behind my left  knee, which has since reduced in size but is still there. Around the same time my right nipple became sore, and inoticed a lump under the bottom edge if it, which has since dissapeared. I found a lump in my left armpit a week and a half after the sex episode, which has also gone downquite a bit and no longer hurts however it is still there, and today I noticed a swollen node in my neck. Is this indicitive of early HIV infection or am I parinoid?

oral sex does NOT transmit hiv.

You're parinoid for no reason you were never at risk.

I am a homosexual. I did a protected sex with a guy about last 2 weeks. Surprisingly and innocently, he took off the condom while we changed the position to Doggy style without notice me, then, he entered my body for about 10-30 seconds (Let's make it one minute) before I realize he doesn't wear any protection.

I request him to pull out immediately and wear a new fresh condom after I realized it.

2 weeks later, now, I am having a sorethroat and is already last for few days. I am worried if this is the symptoms of the HIV infection - But, I had an alcohol session at Christmas Eve and I was thinking if my sorethroat is due to dehydration from the party, or is a symtoms of a HIV. Hope someone who may know the information can share their thoughs with me, much appreciate the help and thanks!

1) I received oral sex without condom, but she stopped before pre-cum.
2) I inserted my finger inside her virginal.
