Do you think this exposure is of high hiv risk

hiye, a brief history.. im 27 female who is generally healthy. I was dating some for a period of time and had unprotected sex, this is the encounter im fearful of though. This relationship came to an and i booked myself in for a full sexual health check up. At this point this was done not out of fear of anything but just good practice whenever a relationship ends. this i had done 3 months after we stopped seeing each other, however 3 weeks prior to this appointment i met someone on a night out. We ended up kissing a lot and he ended up with his hand down my skirt and masturbated me. From what i can recall if never touched himself but i cannot be 100% sure but we were both fully dressed. To point out i know this was stupid and ive no intention of doing this again. Anyway i went for my test and been the hyprochondriac i am i started to fear the worst in the 2 weeks wait i had. I had flu a week and a half after this second encounter for a couple of days, a week later i felt crappy again and another week later i had a sore throat for a couple of days. All my tests came back negative but im terrified that it was to soon and that i now have hiv from the last encounter. Ive had generalised pain in areas where lymph nodes are loacted but they dont from what i can tell dont feel any different. I have a swollen node on the lower part of the back of my head and behind my ear but this isnt a new thing for me. i have discomfort in my armpits but cant feel no nodes and my breasts pre menstuaral are extremely painful, more so than ive experienced before. Ive also noticed i have several painful lymph nodes on the inner outside of my theft elbow which are the ones that have really put the fear i me and i can also feel lots of nodules in under my arm but couldnt tell you if thats just what my arm has always felt like. Im constantly stressed and not sleepy properly due to the anxiety over this. These symptoms have accord all in the last 3 months. It will be 12 weeks next week since the exposure i am worried about and i and scared stiff of having another test. Would this exposure be one to worry about, are my symptoms all pointing towards hiv? everything i read online points me in that direction. thankyou x

again thankyou.. this morning i have two red boil type lumps in the exact same place on the upper outsides of my back. I know this must be hugely annoying for you but im just freaked. If the last exposure did touch himself to rearrange himself or whatever and got pre cum on his fingers surely that would indicate a risk. I understand what your saying and i would agree but ever since theses painful lymph nodes appeared by my elbow and now on my back which every website says is uncommon unless theres a problem its panicked me to no end. x

You don't have any reason to take an HIV test. You have a conclusive test on the risk and the last encounter you never had a risk and don't need testing.

thankyou for your reply... Thats what i keep trying to tell myself and i had managed to calm myself down until these stupid nodes popped up and became painful by my elbows and i know that 3 weeks is far to early for a conclusive test so now im right back to where i am freaked out again. sad thing is that i know if i went for a test next week i would just convince myself that i was one of those that wouldnt show up until 6 months x

You don't have an HIV concern. Start using condoms for unprotect vaginal and anal sex or you may end up with a problem.
