Does Hepatitis B Vaccine affect the window period of HIV testing?

My HIV exposure (anal receive with condom but did not know whether the condom was broken or not)  is on February 30, 2011 and on March 26, 2011I was injected with Hepatitis B vaccine (the 3rd shot). On June 4, 2011 after 3 months after exposure, my HIV Ag Ab Combo test came out negative. I heard that co-infection of HCV and HIV can endure the seroconversion period of  HIV.  I would like to ask whether Hepatitis B vaccine impact the window period of HIV testing? Is this negative result is finally conclusive?
