Risk of HIV transmisison through giving oral sex

Hello, I have a question about HIV transmission risk through giving oral sex to a female (I am obviously a male). I went down on kissed my way down to the outside "lips" of her vagina. I only kissed the left side of the outside lips once, then I stopped because I realized it was not something I wanted to do. Am I at risk for HIV transmission?

What about through genital to genital rubbing without any penetration?

The oral situation happened a bit before Halloween of 2008.
