Doubt hiv, help!

Hi, i'm brazilian women, sorry my terrible english. i have a doubt and i would like to do a question. 3 years ago i had unprotected sex with my ex-boyfriend, he said he was hiv free. We broke up two years ago and since then i haven´t more sex with anyone. 5 months ago i was very stressed in my work and i had an episode of zoster. So i decided test for hiv, i had 4 tests  (4th generation HIV Ag/Ab Combo) and 1 rapid test all negative. I still worried. Can i trust in these tests e move on? Thank you very much.

Zoster has nothing to do with HIV or ARS.

Thanks for you help. I was worried because i read in internet that zoster is one of the symptoms of hiv.
