Fever

Hello!
First I would like to apologize for my poor English language skills and spelling errors.
I have read this and other forums a couple of weeks but I am still  confused. I hope that you will be able to help me.
I am a 23 years old woman from Eastern Europe. What I'm worried about: Approximately 5 months ago I had unprotected sex ( he used a condom among the sex and he does not ejaculate inside ) I'm upset because this was my first sex, he left me next day and later I find out that he had a lot of women before me. To me, it was a big mistake. I have no idea whether he is infected or not. 6-7 days later I had a fever, fatigue and loss of appetite. Day temperature was slightly over 37 degrees and 39 degrees at night (Temperatures were around 3 to 4 days). I don't  know, maybe it was the flu or another virus, which we can catch at the end of November (winter)
Later I began to read articles about HIV and other diseases and started to worry. I had 2 tests. The first test was 11 weeks later and the second test was 19 weeks later. First test name - ABBOT PRISM HIV O Plus (
as I understand this test looks for HIV1 and HIV2 antibodies and antigen) and the second test name - ABBOT HIV Ag/Ab Combo (looks for HV1/HIV2 antibodies and HIV1 antigen) Both tests were negative. At the same time, I had the tests for hepatitis B an C, results were also negative.
How do you think can I rely on these test results?
My strange fever after 7 days could be ARS?
Do I need to take another tests after 6 months or longer?
I think I have red too many artciles and too many different viewpoints about HIV testing.. As a result, I have depression. I want to forget it all, learn from mistakes and live a normal life.

I hope to receive a response

Thank you very much

Sincerely,
Krista

have you never had a fever before?

your symptoms had absolutely NOTHING to do with hiv infection and that was proven by your test.

put this out of your mind and move on :)

You have a conclusive negative test. Use condom consistently from start to finish.
