Protected oral risk

I had protected oral sex twice using a oily condom in both cases it lasted for about 10 minutes and i pulled off when i begam to ejaculate.
What is the risk involved ? And do i need a test ?

i think you already know that a test at 3 months is conclusive

And one more question my last sexual exposure(anal or vaginal) was in october since then on i have been tested 6 times using antibody tests all at 6 months post exposure and the latest being yesterday.I also had a PCR pro viral DNA test it was negative too.
Are these conclusive ?

NO and NO

oral sex is not a risk...even without a condom (oily or not)
