Insertive Oral Sex HIV

Hello all! I'he had a similar insertive oral sex experience with a little bit amount of blood on tip of my pennis. And now I'm very worried... When I saw the blood I stopped right away and cleaned with water only... !!! Is there any chance to get infected even with a drop of blood? I don't know about the person's mouth conditions but my genital is perfect without any desease.! Please help me...

HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.

HIV is not spread by oral sex, giving or receiving, even if sores, gum disease or blood is present
