Quick question

Hi, I have a quick question. Can someone please explain Teak's response to this person's question. The link is below:

He says that lymph node swelling would NOT be generalized. Is this true? Is lymph node swelling after ARS occurs not generalized? Please clarify. Thank you.

I thought that's what he meant, but why did he say that they are NOT generalized? Thats very misleading and I don't understand what he meant.

Anyone? Was this just a typo? Or was he saying that single lymph nodes after ARS could be caused by HIV?
