HIV RISK Thai CSW

Hi all, on the 15th i had an exposure to a csw in a soapy massage palour located in Bangkok. Had protected oral and then proceeded to protected sex. However at the end of the session (lasted about 10-15mins), i realize that the masseuse is having her period are there is blood when she is cleaning herself. If my memory did not fail me i didnt see any menstrual blood on my penis. Thereafter we proceeded to wash up.
1) i am worried that the condom might have break/hairline holes without me noticing.
2) since there is blood involve am i posing myself to very high risk (HIV)
It has been bothering me for the pass week and is affecting my daily life ie; work, family, friends. On the verge of breaking down. Can i do a 4th gen test @ 11th day after exposure to give me an indicator (subsequently doing another test on 28th day).

Sorry to bother you, but i've read online that blood will increase the risk of hiv transmission, moreover the use of condom is also not 100% "safe". Lastly can i do a 4th gen test on the 11th day post exposure to get comfort
