HIV RNA test that can detect HIV I in as early as 9 days
STDAlert offers such a test at their testing centers/hospitals. They claim The "RNA test is 95% accurate after 10 days, 99% accurate after 28 days." Anybody know of the accuracy of this test at such a short time?

PCR-RNA tests are not standalone tests. They must be used in conjunction with an antibody test.
Thank you, Teak. I'm actually trying to get info for a friend of mine who is looking into testing. It wouldn't hurt to know since they offer both tests with a big price difference.
