Just need my mind at ease

Yesterday I had sex with a guy I have known for years. It was a random thing. Due to me not having sex in about 4 years I think I tore. My worry is.. When him and I were going at it... The first time the latex condom was good.. The second time I was on top an as I came off him I saw the condom slid down a little on his penis. Could some of the semen spill out of the condom into me or am I okay? I'm afraid of catching hiv or stds and according to him he's clean, but you can't always take someone's word. Thanks your help is appreciated .
