HIV Risk Oral sex and Handjob

Hello,

I have 2 questions that needs response regarding HIV transmission risk and testing.
I am having anxiety and I can't sleep, I need professional help.

HIV transmission:

1. Oral Sex, I am the insertive partner(me, recieving the oral sex) 3 times from unknown partner and he performed oral sex for a night after toothbrushing.
Am I at risk? Do i need testing?

2. I went to a massage the nextday, the masseur performed self masturbation infront of me while simultaneously doing a handjob on me and I felt his precum is wet in my hands. I am afraid of the fluid exchange from his precum to my penis urethra as he rubbed, the whole penis due to masturbation.

3. The masseur licked my ears very hard is this a risk?
