HIV Risk of Protected Sex with Sex Worker in San Fransisco.

Thanks for this forum
I visited a massage parlor in San Fransisco 9 months ago. I had blowjob(with condom) and vaginal sex(with condom) about 5 mins.  Condom not broken , not slipped and not tear. Washed carefully after that. When i asked her "she said about her health is clean".

I got cold+ runny nose after 2 months and it got subsided by taking cold medications. After 8 months, i got fever and I visited doctor. Doctor didn't observed any infection in my ear and throat. He got some infection(flum) in my chest (he took x-ray) and suggest to take "clarithromycin 500mg" medication for 10 days. After 2 days, he called me and inquired about my health, I said fever got reduced. Doctor suggested to stop the medication and he is in mind of "Pneumonia" fever. I didn't observed any diarrheal, throat infection, rashes in this period. From last week, I observed some itchy at left shoulder and it didn't have any boils.

By all this, please suggest on my health conditions.

Thanks

You had protected sex and protected oral sex. You have no risk of HIV. As for symptoms this happens all the time. People start reading into HIV symptoms and start convinceing them selfs they have HIV.  What ever fever or sickness you have is not HIV related at all. You had no risk. So calm down and relax.

Your risk does not exist, you used protection which did not fail so you have no reason to worry about. HIV symptoms firstly, will not be seen ny you because you did not have an exposure to,, and secondly, they do not appear after 2 and 8 months of exposure. Relax, and move on with your life,,, you do not have HIV
