Sex with female CSW, condom came off, symtoms making me worried

Doctor,

I am extremely extremely worried. I am male in mid 30s and on 9th May, I had vaginal sex with a female sex worker. After the intercourse I realized that my condom was not on (it was on when I started the intercourse). I do not know when it came off but seemed like on way out (though i did not see the condom before it was dispossed off, she told me that my semen was inside).  Also when I was washing my penis, I saw some drops of my semen and no visible signs of alien fluids or smell on my penis.

Three weeks after this exposure I started having very bad sinus attack - runny and stuffy nose and chest, cough with mucus, pain in cheeck bones, eyes, forehead etc and sore throat.  Except for one day when I had fever of 99.5F for two hrs, I did not have  any fever, rash or swollen nodes.  I may have little bit of tonsil though (or may be anxiety!).  I started taking antibiotic one week back (during 4th week post exposure).  Though after antibiotic I started feeling better from Sinus (it is not over though) but on last Friday and Saturday, all of sudden I had started feeling extremely tired and have some headache (could be due to high dosage of antibiotic -- I moved from 500mg to 750mg those two days with poor diet and no vitamins).   Now (four weeks and 2 days after exposure), I have very little sinus, no fever, no swollen nodes, no rash, no night sweats, and no tired or fatigue feeling.

I have four questions. I am dying of fear and anxiety and will really appeciate your valuable inputs.

1) What is my risk exposure?

2) Are my symptoms similar to early symptoms of ARS/ HIV?

3) I did an OraQuick (blood from finger) test done on 28th day, which came negative -- how conclusive is that - 70%, 80%, 85%, 90% or higher?

4) Out of all  the early HIV or ARS symptoms that I have read about -- I had sore throad, may be lightly swollen tonsils, and extremely fatigueness and some headache (for two days). Since I did not have fever (except for couple of hrs one day), rash, swollen nodes, or night sweats, does this mean a sinus or other problem vs early sypmtoms of HIV?

Not unless your penis is so small and the condom was way to large.

Hi Teak,

Just a question, is there a high chance e condom would slip before inserting?
Cos i have this experience where i'm not fully erected, the CSW put the condom for me.
As she is on top on me, i could really feel anything. After she stands up, i only saw the condom is at the side of my leg. =(

Loosing the condom on withdraw is not a risk. Next time keep ahold of the condom when you withdraw.
