HIV Test with Low Neutrophils

I had a HIV test at 3 months with Low Neutrophils count which was 40% (normal range is 45-80%)
Please advise if the test was conclusive. It was 4th Gen test.

By the way my LYMPHOCYTES result was 51% (normal range 20-45%)
